Our Policy
Due to legal limitations on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only permitted to ship to the following states: AK, CA, CO, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, and WY. Tax will be charged for the following states: CA-7.75%; HI-4%; IA-5%; ID-5%; MN-6.5%; NE-5.5% NV-7.5%; NH-8%; NY-8.375%; NC-6.75%; ND-8%; OH-5.5%; SC-6%; TX-8.25%; VT-6%; VA-5%; WA-7.90%; WY-16% (12% excise & 4% sales tax). Wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Proof of age is required at the time of delivery if age is in question. If proof of age is not supplied the shipment will be returned and all associated costs will be charged to the customer.
